Stormy night and lots of rain this morning. But it stops at 11 hope springs eternal.
By 1.00 pm everything ready to go,players ready for 1.30 start and the rains start again.
Game is called at 2.00. Too bad we had that two hour window and that was it for today.
Back tomorrow for the team breakfast and rallying speech by Alex A. I imagine it will be on the lines don't have too much expectation for this season, but we are on the right track for (fill in the year)
Baseball is not like that.... as Jays patient fans know only too well. Injuries and a load of other teams plus off years can play havoc with any projections.
BUT all we can say is that there are some great young players in the organization and with career years anything can and probably will happen.
