Jays beat Yankees 8-5 to win series behind MVP Escobar 5RBI day and great pitching by Happ and bullpen

First series win in NY in two years, first series win in the last seven. They came in to NY on a seven game losing streak and win 2 of 3. I am the biggest critic of Escobar but today he was numero uno. The excellent: Today has to be Yunel Escobar, 4 extra base hits, 5RBIs. BUT also the great pitching today. Happ gets a well deserved win despite the injured right ankle. The bullpen once again perfect. RISP 6-14... amazing for this team. The very good: Mathis safety squeeze for the run number 6. Lind and Johnson with two hits each. Jays outhit the Yankees 12-8. The not so good: Only one gripe today the 2RBIs double over Davis in left, should have been caught although no error given.
